1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the X9Trader platform ("Platform"), services, or website operated by X9 Fintech Solutions FZC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Our services are intended for licensed brokers, financial institutions, and technology users who require trading platform software solutions.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our technology services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Account Registration

Platform access requires:

• Completion of our registration process

The X9Trader platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by X9 Fintech Solutions FZC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Platform solely for the purposes outlined in your service agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, you must cease using our platform and may be required to return or destroy any proprietary materials.
